I currently have a bright red box die on my undercut. I would like to transistion to the electric blue. Will this remove the color enough to do that?
There is no way to tell in advance - but it will do a decent job for initial lift. Typically, box dye uses an oxidative permanent color that swells the molecules and jams into your hair shaft. Lightener will open this up and start removing the color...

If you have really thick shoulder length hair, how many packets of lightener and bottles of developer would you recommend? As well as how many bottles of the Sparks hair dye?

My hair has been pre lightened but this product just washes out I have the pink kiss
Lightener needs to be mixed with developer to be effective. It will reduce your color, but this isn't a color on it's own. If there's anything else we can help answer for you, be sure to let us know!
