That depends on what is causing the pain. You will have to assess if there is too much weight, improper angle or improper tension then take appropriate action to correct the issue.

It's interesting that some extensions are too tight causing tension headaches. I didn't realize that this is an issue that people deal with although it makes sense that it can be common for people who aren't experiences. My daughter has been looking to get some extensions and I think making sure it's done by a professional so it looks natural and so it doesn't hurt her head throughout the day could be good.

I recently got my first extensions & they’re quite uncomfortable for the first few days. A couple tips is to leave the hair down, putting it up will cause more stress to the pain areas. Taking a shower can help, and telling your specialist that you have a sensitive scalp! They will be more aware to make sure you’re not in unbearable pain with super tight rows.

Great tips! Definitely discuss tension and weight with your stylist to avoid uncomfortable situations.
