is this the color ring for tape in extensions?

This is the color ring for all Bohyme products - and they do have a tape line. It isn't exact to Doctored Locks colors, but it is very close. Most extension colors are standardized, but they will vary only slightly between brands - for example, 4 will be dark brown - but some are just a tiny bit darker or lighter. This color ring will fit most common extension lines.
