DIY How to Create Waves in Synth Dreads:

Learn how to create waves in your synthetic dreadlocks.

Items Needed:
Kanekalon Dreadlocks - We suggest our backcombed dreads
Rubber Bands
Large Pot or Bowl
Boiling Water
Gloves
Scissors

Steps:
1. Bind your bundle of dreads at the top using a rubber band.
2. Separate the bundle into 3 legs.
3. Create a braid.
4. Band the ends.
5. Dip the bundle into a pot of freshly boiled water - leaving the top out.
6. Lay the bundle flat to cool.
7. Remove the bands and unbraid for beautiful waves.

They are premade backcombed dreads in "Twilight" and you can buy DE dreads here: https://www.doctoredlocks.com/synthetic-backcombed-de-dreadlocks.html or you can buy SE dreads here: https://www.doctoredlocks.com/synthetic-backcombed-se-dreadlocks-18-inch.html If you were going to build your own dreads, it is a 50/50 mix of a cobalt blue and a neon violet/fuchsia blend. :)
