Returns:
- Returned packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
- Merchandise must be in original packaging. Packaging must not have tears, holes, or marks. Internal hang tags and netting must be in place. We cannot accept merchandise that has been brushed, combed, picked, cut or washed. If this guideline is not followed, it will not be eligible for return.
- Merchandise must be received before a return can be granted.
- Sale and closeout merchandise are not eligible for return.
Exchanges:
- We offer one exchange per original order.
- An exchange’s Shipping and Handling costs will be at the customer's expense.
Please be aware that merchandise ineligible for return or exchange will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If the customer decides to abandon the package rather than have it returned to them, the merchandise will be destroyed.
If you would like to return or exchange your merchandise follow these simple steps:
- Refunds and Exchanges must have an RMA created within 14 days of the original order.
- Contact us to receive your RMA number. Upon contacting us, we will ask you if you would like an exchange or a refund. If you would like an exchange, please let us know which products you would like and which shipping method you would like to select. All shipping and product balances must be paid before we can reship to you.
- Package your products for return shipping. Be sure to package them carefully so they are not damaged in the return shipment. Include a copy of the original invoice noting your RMA.
- Write your RMA number on the outside of the package. This will help expedite your return/exchange.
- When your package is received it will be processed immediately and your new items will be shipped to you.
