Do I need a beauty license or a business to purchase?
No, you don't need a beauty license or to have a business to shop with us.
How many packs of weaving or braiding hair do I need for a completed style?
On average, a customer would require two packs of weaving hair or two to three packs of braiding hair for a full-head.
However, this figure may not be the true for you. It all depends on your head size and fullness you're anticipating.
Why do some of my items contain * on them?
Item options denoted (*) require additional lead time. These may be items that we are stocking limited quantities on or items that may ship directly from a warehouse. We ask that you allow two weeks for your order delivery though it may not take any more time at all.
Why do aerosols and compressed products need to be shipped by ground?
Aerosol and compressed styling products may only be shipped via ground methods due to shipping regulations by our shipping companies. If you select a shipping method other than ground for an order containing these items, your order will be shipped in two separate parcels. All other items will be shipped by the method of your choice while the aresol products will be shipped via the least expensive ground shipping available.

Yes, we do wholesale.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or change an order, contact us at 509-326-7100 as soon aspossible.
We will do everything to accommodate your request.
However, shipped items cannot be cancelled or changed. They can only be returned or exchanged.
How long will it take for an exchange?
Upon receipt of returned items, it takes about 3 business days to process the exchange before shipping out.
Do you have a paper catalog?
No... Yes… Well, how about electronic paper? We have a downloadable catalog listed (here).
It is listed in pdf format so you can easily view and print an entire catalog or just a few pages.
What are your physical store hours?
Our store hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.
Our phone center is open 8:30am to 5:30pm PST.

I can't see your tutorials/color charts/galleries. Do you know what's wrong?
Our dynamic galleries, tutorials and color charts are created in a program called Flash.
Newer browsers have Flash players installed, however in the dark ages of the internet it needed to be downloaded separately.
To see our content properly, you can either upgrade your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox etc.) or you can install Flash directly.
