Weaving hair is a hair that is stitched together at the top - usually in one long strip.

Typically, bundles are sold in 1/4lb increments.  Higher quality hair has the cuticle intact and is stitched with the cuticle going in the downward direction.

 

Handtied hair is made with micro-thin wefts for delicate installations.
