Be daring and get a more vibrant color result by pre-lightening your hair using Smart Color Total Blonde, Smart Highlights-Cool Blonde kit or Smart Blonde for Men and then applying Smart Color Semi-permanent color. Or to create a funky texture with colored tips or streaks, pre-lighten your hair and then apply Smart Color Semi-permanent color to only the pre-lightened areas of your choice.
