Author: Lonni I have used this particular type of braid for a number of years and I love it. Its very stiff when you first use it but dipping the middle in hot water and vinegar softens it enough so the braids dont slide out. It lasts for months and you dont need more than 4 packs to do your entire head. There is minimal tangling as well because the ends are sealed.
